Render malfunction

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue but, now, every time I try to render an image, my PC totally freezes up!

I have to do a hard re-boot to get my PC functioning again!!
It seems to have coincided with both a DAZ & Windows 10 update.
Anyone else having this problem?

    ...adding to the weirdness...I was going to delete & reload DAZ Studio but DAZ Install Manager won't open!! 

    NEWS UPDATE: just as I was writing this message, DAZ Install Manager ....finally... opened! (that took about an hour or so)

    I think this one might be a Windows issue after that forced re-boot.
