Right clicking on Body/Clothes no longer gives me the menu

Hey guys any one got a clue how to solve this. It just happened today. Suddenly i right click and i don't get the menu. You know the one that says "Select...." "Delete...'  or if you select clothes there's also "Fit to..."  or other stuff "change parent".

What happened? Is there a setting where you can reactivate this menu?  I already restarted the program and i'm still not getting the menu

    My Bad I had the Scene navigation tool selected instead of Universal tool etc
