it has 4 different material sets. the doors open and wheels turn.
all lights turn on and it also has under lighting.

This looks great! I assume by "the wheels turn," that you mean they spin; do you also mean that the front wheels turn as though being steered?
the rear wheels are static but the front can look as if they are being steered

Honestly I have almost no use for something like this since I usually do fantasy/ medieval but its so darn beautiful I am going to pick it up and work it into some sci fi renders lol.

Yes that would work well for a gritty back alley sci fi scene. But the red, that red is going to be a star lol.

yep its already in there plus indicators, stoplight and under lighting with a choice of 3 colours

Well I must admit that if I were going to buy a big muscle car I would much rather have it set up for driving on the left hand side of the road, which everyone knows is the right side to drive.
THe first time I drove a left hand drive car (it was a german Opel) I kept wanting to drive in the middle of the road, because that is where one normally is when driving in the uk. Luckily I was on a deserted road, and my friend whose car it was thought it was very funny.

Someone once pointed out that just about all of the countries that drive on the left are on islands such that they do not have land borders with another country. Australia, Japan, UK, Ireland (well, okay there's northern Ireland but both drive on left so no issue) etc. This makes perfect sense as border crossings would be a nightmare if everyone had to cross sides of the road. In fact in Gibraltar, most definitely part of the UK proper, has a causeway to Spain where this would be an issue if driving was on the left but there an exception is made.
I think it's part of the invasion prevention plan. You set yourself up to drive on a different side of the road from the mainlaind and then if they dare to invade, they immediately crash and go home in embarassment.

In the US, the postal delivery vehicles are right hand drive, except for the rural delivery vehicles.
been through the right hand left hand thing all you need to do is go into peramiters and set its scale to -100% and it flips it :)
