Can't Find installed Plugins

I've installed two Plugins and I can't find them. They are activated I just can't figure out where they are.

    Look at my Hair Plugin and Decimator Plug in.

    I've only just loaded LAMH and the way I found it was:
    Create --> New Look at my Hair Object.
    Hope this helps; I haven't been able to register mine yet
