Octane for Daz3d

So I've been using Octane for DAZ and when I try to do final render it does not give me the option to save, it is greyed out. It let me do it once, then I decided to adjust render ratio and now I can't save. Does anyone have any clue what's going on here? I feel there is a setting I may have accidentally unticked or something.
