Unable to Get Content to work in Daz Studio.

For the last three years I have been trying to get Daz Studio to work, for some reason it keeps trying to install stuff to C drive even though the program is installed on a different drive. I uninstalled everything through the Daz Installer, uninstalled the Daz Installer AND Daz Studio, then reinstalled everything from scratch but it still can't find anything the Daz Installer installs and it can't install smart content. Any ideas on how to fix this issue and get Daz Studio to function?

Having trouble convincing the stupid editor that I was done with the link ... anyway, once you get DIM beat into shape you'll need to install the PostgreSQL CMS package in order to get smart content; pick the version that fits - 64 or 32 bit (DIM will cheerfully install all versions if you select them, but they will overwrite each other, so only the last one installed will be active.

If you want something different from the default install path, you have to tell DIM where to download AND where to install. Then you need to tell Studio the path you where DIM installed. Really not that hard. See the screenshots,
