New Technology for Facial Mocap?

I ran across this site promising a new motion sensing device that gives touch screen like functionality without having to touch the screen. I'm hoping someone in the MimicPro or MoCap side of things for Poser / DAZ could do something with this device. It promises:

"Raise your hands and wave hello to the future. The Leap Motion controller senses your individual hand and finger movements so you can interact directly with your computer. Just connect our iPod-sized device and instantly get 8 cubic feet of awesome, intuitive, 3D interaction space."

The video is pretty cool, and I think shows the incredible potential application in 3D graphics.
