Not So Much A Problem as An Observation

Being an It contractor, sometimes I find myself browsing the site and for a while waiting on work requirements or review. So as not to look like a total goof off, I size down the browser window on one of my two giant monitors to cruise the site. On product pages especially, I sometimes see weirdness like what I've pasted below and that makes me wonder, Is Daz3D.com truly a responsive (Collapsable for you non coders) design. I mean, up to a certain point, it definitely seems to behave like a responsive site until you get the browser down to say iPad viewing dimensions. Also is there a list of browsers the site is supposed to support %100? I'm sure it supports Google Chrome but what about the lesser used browsers? Just curious really.

I note this is a product that migrated over from RDNA (R.I.P.) so maybe some code came with that didn't Geohawww correctly. LOL!
