CMS issue was OpenGL problem

I am having an OpenGL problem that is refusing to open DS.  It says something like that I have the wrong version of OpenGL.

Edit I think I figured out how to do a screenshot and how to add it.

It is a 32 bit computer if that matters?

Edit:

Got the OpenGL issue figured out but having issues with CMS which deals with Smart content and Connect content.

    Either your video card does not have OpenGL support or you need to update drivers, using the chipset maker's drivers, to enable it, or if the system has two GPUs you need to tell DS to use the other one.

    I think it is a 10 issue with an old video card thing.

    figured out the openGL problem to run into a CMS problem.
