Why does PayPal not work?

Hi there,

I hope that anybody from DAZ reads this, since it seems to be impossible to get a help ticket without having already purchased a product.

I tried to purchase Carrara via PayPal but I get an error message, that paying via PayPal is not supported in my country (Germany). Since I don't have a credit card it is impossible for me to buy the software. What can I do? What can you do?

You can submit the help ticket by writing "N/A" in place of the order number.

You should be able to submit a general ticket by typing NA in to the order number box.
