As for the question, Poser surface settings and lights equals crap renders in DS
how can i achieve good water render in daz like the one in poser image
You have to use water planes that are made for DAZ Studio. Look at the shop, I am sure you will find some.
There are far easier ways to accomplish what you want. Use a water plane and add a displacement map, ensuring the primitive has enough divisions to accommodate the needed complexity. You can then add reflections (tinted depending on the type of water) as needed.
The surfaces tab in Daz controls all the various aspects a surface can provide. For more advanced stuff you can use the shader mixer tab to create your own.
Edit: Here's a very quick example of what can be done with simple refraction, and displacement. Obviously with more time and a proper displacement map (I'm using a noise map in this example) it will look far better than this 2 minute example.
Also googleing creating water in daz studio got many results that show how to do water in DAZ Studio
The Poser image looks like it's an environment sphere, and if that's a displacement map it's a hell of a big one to get that much detail over such a large area.
If it's a product your using then a link to it might help give us ideas as how to best copy it in DS.
