Beautiful! Gorgeous windows and the bed is stunning. Would love to have a bedroom this big....
Except for the last image made me think of Ebenezer Scrooge's main room where "all the magic" happened. Really nice work there!
It'll be just in time for Ebeneezer Scrooge to move it!! If not sooner! Seriously, Scrooge's bedchamber was the first thing I thought of when I looked at those images.
Very, Very nice looking!
looks fantastic! Don't suppose it comes with the full scene with lighting also?
It looks great! Oooh poser support?
Stunning!

Thank you!
This is what we had been going for originally. But we removed 'Scrooge' from the name, as to not pigeonhole the set into one niche.
Comes with the full scene, including the candle lighting, but not the render settings. Those are from this set in my store: http://www.daz3d.com/longitude-latitude-lighting-and-render-presets-for-ds-iray
I think it could be a steamy bedroom scene. Without the steam of course and make it tos compliant.
Or maybe a fairy tale princess walking up or not as she is waiting for somebody to wake her up.
The paneling could be just about any period at all. The mullioned windows could go al the way back to Renaissance. The fireplace looks like the full Victorian kitbash of any historical style the designer happend to like.
Splendid room. And that bedstead is gorgeous. The rest of the furn is lovely as well. Useful room with useful props. Great!
Very nice set.
I was/am going to use it for Renaissance period (I didn't even notice the paintings). I thought it was an alternative to the Medival Tower Bedroom (which I use as a meeting room); so, I was quite happy to have another set where the magic can happen. Excellent work as usual, guys.
Thank You. We're pleased you like it & cannot wait to see what renders you all make.
I have your Longitude Latitude lighting and Render Presets set, which render settings did you use for the promos?
The setting I used was slightly altered from anything in the pack, but my settings are:
Day: 10/12/2017
Time: 7pm
SS UTC Offset (hrs): -6
SS Latitude: 40.76
SS Longitude: -111.90
Environment Mode set to 'sun-sky only'.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Yes, it helps loads. I am working on a scene with this set, and I am VERY impressed with it so far!
Glad to hear that.
This looks awesome , it's on sale now and I'm very tempted, it could be a very good Croft Manor bedroom for my Lara model , but I wan't to know: can the walls and ceeling be hidden separately? like hide the walls that are not visible in the render and ceeling if it's not visible either? to help with the lights?
I mostly use HDRI lights and I need to be able to hide some walls :)
I don't know for sure, but probably not. The is a pre-Iray product, so you would have to adjust textures yourself.
Thanks for the reply! I need to know if the walls are separate material zones, so that I can make them transparent. Or that they are separate models so I can hide them.
Even if it's not included out of the box you could use the Geometry editor in DS to create a material zone for the part you want to hide, then set that zone transparent in surface tab.
This is not a pre-iray product. Iray is over 2yrs old now. It has full Iray support.
Yes they can be hidden. Within the mesh itself and via material zones. It has a mat zone called 'blackout' this is to help with the light bleeding glitch in 3Delight and Poser. You'll have to turn that off also in the material tab.
Thank you so much for the reply! Then I will buy it
