Please, Help Exception Error

Hi, everytime I try to load Daz Studio it crashes & this error pops up:

Exception Reason

DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION in module "C:\windows\system32\ig75icd64.dll" at 0033:00000000DA4B9955, DllMain()+35493 byte(s)

I have the latest version of Daz Studio, Please help, Thanks in advance!

Google search indicates this is an intel graphic driver, possibly outdated. What version of Windows, and how much memory do you have?

First fix would be to hit Intel's site and download the most recent version of the driver for your video card or chip.

:-) Intel HD Graphics 4400, I looked for an upgrade but it errors and windows says it's the best driver??

Are you getting it from Microsoft or Intel? In most cases you want to go to the manufacturer and not Microsoft for driver updates.

from Intel I tried to install the Intel "automatic update option" but it errors when i try to install it "0x80070643-Fatal Error During Installation, I tried to download the newest drivers

Looks like its time to contact Intel support and ask why the install is failing. The only other alternative would be to purchase and install an inexpensive add-on video card.
