... for the great customer support and help.

No other 3D store that I buy in has such a fantastic customer support.

No matter what it is, either refund , product questions or tech.support,they guys and girls are right there and stay with you until the matter is solved.

    Yes indeed,

    some departments / part of the helpdesk are really smart.
    But othres ...

    ... Asking 3 times the same although I already denied in the first answer.

    I am sorry you had such a bad experience. 

    I can honestly say that I have never a problem with the Support , always helpful and gone out of their way to help.

    yes thats right,,,i am basically program stupid when i stated out on 3d ...now i do much better and the staff is one of the biggest reasons why!
