Can't load a third party inj file to V4 ++

I can't get the inject files to load to V4 from vendor who's models I have used many times. This is the second one of hers that I've had this problem with. The textures (mats) and the body morphs will load but not the head morphs nor the expressions. I have tried re-installing and even downloaded the entire thing twice, but no luck. I use Poser 8 and Windows... She has told me that it was tested in Poser 8 and no one else has had this problem.

Does anyone have a suggestion, or have you had this problem? Is there a limit on space in the pose folder and I've exceeded it?

any help would be great.

    Which item is it, somone may have it and be able to advise you?

    Do the head morphs require Morphs++, and do you have them loaded?

    It is a model called Marina from SAV at Renderosity... it does require ++ and I did load them first. I've had the same problem with one other model from the same vendor and never did figure it out. I have used several others from the same vendor and haven't had problems with those.
