Need help with a product

It has been a long time since I used daz studio so please be patient. I bought the Chroma-Key studio and am wondering how to import a pic for the greenscreen. As far as I can tell there are no instructions. Can anyone help me out here? I would email the person who sold it but not sure how to get an email to him  FirstBastion. There is only a small readme stating I can't share the textures, which I wouldn't do anyway. Is there a list of vendor emails?
