Who wins the main prize/s and the community vote I really don't care about. I won't be judging on the popularity of a said individual but on what is produced, how original the image is and how well it was made and if mine comes anywhere close then I wil include it. :)

BTW - Your stuff is amazing! Very inspiring!

Thank you Geminii. Don't count yourself short either, you got some talent that seems to grow over night.

Wow! Thanks! I think overnight I just became a DAZ-aholic. lol

I had always wanted to try to do 3D art and the biggest struggle for me is still lighting. That and developing some kind of style that could set my work apart from others. So far it is a really fun and enjoyable journey!

I think the easy way to resolve the community vote is to a) disqualify self-votes (i.e. your votes count only if you vote for anyone other than yourself) and b) allow people to vote for 3 choices (Using a point system of 3 to 1). It's an added bit of accounting, but it does help highlight the ones really deserving to win.

That's an interesting solution. I like that.

Of course this is all up to Stonemason. (Stefan I think? Old brain cells.) He's having to much fun reading all our chatter.

I am assuming that is 252 without the non entries. If you count them, the total has to be double. Just sorting through entries and non entries must have been a chore.

In anticipation of our own judging of the entries, I went through them and separated the entries from the non-entries just after the contest closed, and by some miracle, I came out with 252 entries, also!

I already have picked my favorites, although I could see any of about 60 that could easily finish in the money.
