Blury reflection

I habe some object I want painted black with some highlight and shy BUT want a blurry reflection as well How would i set up the sharer to pull that off

Under the reflection channel there's a checkbox and slider to turn on and adjust the blurry reflections, but I warn you, it's a time vampire when you render.
