I've bought DSON IMPORTER and installed it in Poser 9 (32 bits) but I'm not a pro in 3D so I've tried to open DSON files and nothing go. I can't open genesis people in poser and no DSON files ; there is an error message :

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "C:\Users\marlene\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Runtime\libraries\Character\DAZ People\Basic Child.py", line 1, in
import dson.dzdsonimporter
ImportError: No module named dson.dzdsonimporter

Can someone help ?
Thank you very much

    Do you have the latest update to Poser 9?

    Check that you haven't suddenly acquired a mysterious Poser Pro 2012 folder alongside the Poser 9 folder.

    Richard - Have you been snooping around in my Poser 9 setup? Was it you that put that Poser 2012 folder?

    (Translation: I've been having the same error message, and have noted a "Poser 2012" folder within. I will check tonight when I get to my Poser 9 machine to sniff it out!)

    THanks!

    Please submit a bug report at https://bugs.daz3d.com. You will need to sign up for an account. It is a sporadic issue that they need more information on to narrow the cause down. Please be as descriptive as possible in the report.
