they don't because the vertex order changes,
any of the modifier other than transforms like spin(which does export) do this
looking at it in wireframe in Octane render I can clearly see the mesh subdividing each iteration
its like fluid sims in blender you can only export one obj at a time and each is different.
LAMH in DAZ studio does the same styling so cannot be morph targets on the otherhand Fibermesh in Zbrush keeps its vertex order.

This is interesting finding. I noticed problem with Animation Deformer->Magnet export as well.
