Install manager improvement

First let me say that the Install Manager is very usefull.

I have a number of products that came on the disks with 3dworld and other magazines.  I have place all of these files in a folder on my harddrive, but it is time consuming to manually install all of these to my computer.

It would be really helpfull if the the Install Manager could scan these files and deal with them for me rather than having to manaully install them all.

If that is not possible I think it might be helpfull if the install manager could scan my library and help me keep track of the ones that I have already manually installed.

    If they are in DIM zips - IM####### etc. - then just place them in your downloads folder. If they are in installers (.exe for Windows) then I'm not sure the data could be accessed by DIM at all.

    They are from before the current DIM

    You could always use the content package assistant (http://www.daz3d.com/content-package-assist ) if they are zips to make DIM zips out of them.

    Or if they are exe's, install then to seperate folders, then zip them and use the CPA on them and turn them into DIM zips
