Don't recall the product except that it was expensive [by anybody's standards] and the newsletter advertized it was going to be in Fastgrab on a certain day at some huge discount like 90% off.

    And it was.

Remember the days when Fastgrab could have a limited numbers of items of a product for a certain price.

    That was then.

    ONE.

ONE item was available at the remarkably low price of whatever. ONE.

The next one in the usual cycle is March Madness. Judging from recent trends, there may be one or two "50% off Daz Originals" sales before then.

    ROFL....

I don't think that you can rely on what's happened in the past anymore...look at what happened with PC and PA sales last year.

Yes, that totally messed up my budgeting, that's for sure.

I think it probably messed up a few people's budgets. I was actually pleased to have money during the PA Sale for once. Normally I can't afford much as I've spent it all on the pc sale.

I am afraid this one is really one of those "only selected customers" mails and deals.
    I hate them.

Well, I am up to now one of the few lucky persons who are getting ALL Daz newsletters that are going out to everybody - I didn't get this one.

Yes it is possible that you are right. will try to get some confirmation as to whether this is a targeted email. I got the email, but there again I have not bought M5 or V5 or indeed any genesis specific characters, as I use P6 & P8, and of course Bryce.

I have all the Pro bundles of the listed "freebies", but I don't have the V5 Pro Bundle, only the base.

My college who received the email doesn't have any of them, so it may well be a case of "those who don't have any of the models, here's something to sweeten the deal and get you in" (in a good way of course) :)

Yeah as I misquoted in one thread before

    Brycing was my first love
And it will be my last
    Brycing of the future
    And Brycing of the past

    To live without my Brycing
    Would be impossible to do
    In this world of troubles
    My Brycing pulls me through

    With Apologies to John Miles.

And that generic Sci-Fi doesn't work either.
“Save 50% off Dragon Queen for Genesis Female when you purchase Sovereign for Dragon Queen”
Well - there is NO Sovereign for Dragon Queen.

absolutely, also, appears to be no 60% the DO sci-fi category, just the normal 30% or PC prices.or do you have to buy the shuttlestar to get the 60% off the category?

Yes, I think so - it's like when Stonemasons Mechthingie came out, there was 60% Sci-Fi DO sale, but only if you bought the Mech.

For the first time ever: I finally got a "pro" bundle. As steph5, v5 h5 and etc were on sale. I swear that it used to include the elite ponytail but oh well, lot of goodies still! I really, REALLY hope A5 pro goes on sale in a few days, I've put off buying a5 for quite some time. I've some what rebelled against the new aiko models after a3 (LOVE A3, didn't care for A4), but I'm ready for A5 now.... Lol

The Elite Ponytail Hair is part of the Victoria 5 Pro Suite.
