Laptop suggestions

Hi, all.
It's been a while and I want to get back into the 3D world. I would like to buy a laptop that can handle Daz and IRAY, so what suggestions do you have? Thanks!

Get a desktop. Less cash, more versatility and performance. Of course, if it must be portable, then it's an issue.
I recently bought the Asus GL502VM, it's part of their Republic of Gamers line of gaming laptops, comes with a 6GB NVIDIA GTX1060 card in it. Screen is only 15.6" but I wanted the portability, as it is it's light and relatively compact. The bigger screen option made the overall size larger than I wanted. Could also have upgraded to one with the GTX1070 to get 8GB of memory but that added $100 (not that big a deal) and over a pound of weight (very big deal) so I stuck with the 1060 version. I've been very happy with it so far. On it IRAY renders the benchmark scene from Sickleyeild's benchmark thread in approx 5-6 minutes.
Sidenote: I had a nightmare scenario. I have always used laptops for my computing because I travel a lot and want it with me. I have never had an incident. As luck would have it, two days after I got this laptop I was picking up the power adaptor to unpllug it so I could move to another room and my headphones - plugged into the laptop - got tangled with it and knocked over a bottle of soda I had on the table right onto the keyboard. Huge puddle of soda bubbing and fizzing right on my shiny new laptop. I ran to get a towel, wiped it up as fast as I could and waited for the smoke. But - nothing. Worked fine and still does. Nothing got inside. It's well put together.
Lucky!
If you get plain water on a laptop (or keyboard); wipe it off as best you can; leaving it to dry and then using should be fine. If in doubt have it looked at professionally. There are definite risks involved.
As long as it is thoroughly dry, it should not suffer.
Sweet drinks and even tea, coffee, and diet drinks can cause issues even after they are dry.Diet drinks perhaps slightly less.
