Aurora Bot
Being a huge lover of all things Cyborg and especially Sorayama, I've just purchased Aurora Bot but am finding a bit of strange thing that's causing Studio to crash.
If I apply the "Mech" setting and then the "Aurora Additive" or vice versa, Studio immediately crashes to desktop.
I can apply either the Mech or the Additive seperately with no issue. The Additive seems to create the character if you're starting with base G3 whilst the mech only adds the mechanical components at the joints/waist/neck etc.. I don't think there's a need to apply both presets to create the Aurora character but I haven't fiddled around with everything enough to find out if the crash also happens if you have one Aurora character and you only want to apply the partial mech to a seperate instance of G3 within the same scene.
Just wondering if anyone else has has the same issue?

I have had problems when trying to add the Aurora settings to a G3F. I have had it totally crash Daz Studio. However, if you go into your Genesis 3 Female folder and look at the very top level of characters, there is character/actor called "Aurora" with no additive or mech or other words. When I click on that It seems to load the complete charater okay.
Can you load the character with all her preloaded attachments? I've done that and it seems to work fine.
Thanks for the replies.
Using the Aurora character creates her fine - no issues and she can be reshaped with no problems. Was just curious about the additive and mech settings causing a crash.
I tend to tinker with characters a lot, especially when trying out combinations of various cyborg parts so didn't want to spend ages doing something only to crash Studio, hence wondering if it was an issue being experienced by anyone else and, potentially, what was causing it.
i've got the Aurora Bot and also the "Bot Genesis" in my cart. They both look interesting.
I have a Q on the original "Bot". (I'm new to Daz) It talks about UV maps for V4 being compatible, I'm wondering if the typical iRay shaders will work for basic shell/armor tints and such.
THX in advance,
