Kingdom of Marrakesh no 80% off

Hi,

I wanted to buy Kingdom of Marrakesh 2012 http://www.daz3d.com/kingdom-of-marrakesh-1 and I bought already the produkt 2009. On the product page it is written "Previous owners of The Kingdom of Marrakesh, or related Anniversary Bundle will receive 80% off on this set at Checkout! " But this don't work. The full amount is to be deducted.

How do I get the product to the upgrade price?

    If it isn't working please open a support ticket, giving the order number for your original purchase of the old version.

    Thank you very much Richard Haseltine. But I do not think this is the right path for _me_. Because, then booked the total amount first. And perhaps there will some day a coupon. But the money is once away. Since I prefer to stay with "my old model". :-) Thanks anyway.

    You don't need to pay anything yet. You are not being asked to buy this again at the full price, just write to Support, and explain to them that you are not being given the discount automatically, and they will sort it out for you.
