DAZ 4.5 Pro - Suddenly only a Splash Page appears - then nothing...

A couple days ago, I installed Lux Render & Reality 2.5 for DAZ Studio Pro 4.5 (latest version)… Everything worked fine after the install – I was able to render scenes in Reality/Lux without a problem… things were great… already I can see a big difference with renders, especially outdoors w/sunshine…

The next time I shutdown the machine (today) & restarted I was unable to start DAZ properly – the splash page appears for a moment then it disappears… in Task Manager the DAZ executable appears for an instance under 'processes' before vanishing…

I'm using Windows-7 64-bit… 32GB memory… nVidia GTX280 GDDR5 2x2048mb… Solid state drive…

The only system changes were the install of Lux 1.1 & Reality 2.5 – so I'm hoping someone reported a similar issue… Thanks for the assistance… (Also posted on Preta3d forum)...
