Update to Winter Fantasy for Genesis 3 Females fails to install in DIM. I already filed a ticket with DAZ but was just posting here to make sure it wasn't some sort of problem specific to my computer. I did have 3 updates for various DO/PC+ cars install with no problem today.

I have the same Problem. And eight other files failed , too
OK, I guess on Monday when they come back from weekend off they will fix those.
Yeah, I have file updates for iRay shaders that failed as well.
Did you see one of those "Download Failed!" messages, or did everything seem to work normally only for it to look like the content disappeared?
According to Jen Greenlees in the PC forum, updates for Winter Fantasy, Bone and Scale shaders, and a few other things are metadata-only updates. If you look at the ZIP files -- if you still have them on your system -- you'll see that only one file for each of those products has any content, and it's very small. The others are all 0 byte files.
The metadata-only updates are meant to fix some persistent problems with those products that people are experiencing. I haven't noticed the problems myself, because I tinker with things so that files are where I want them to be, and I don't really use Smart Content. People who use Connect and Smart Content are noticing that, for example, they now have three copies of Winter Fantasy or Bone and Scale Shaders, because attempts to correct the paths and the metadata aren't working as expected. The reason that I noticed the weirdness this time is precisely because there weren't any files to move around.
i got a straight 'download failed!' in DIM for 'winter fantasy' and the bone and scale shaders. installing to default paths.

I got 'Install Failed!' and as I have only the Winter Fantasy for Genesis 3 Females it was a quite large download; more than meta-data.

Ah, I see what's going on. The update I mentioned was from day before yesterday. I just went into DIM just now and saw all of those items updated again, this time with full-sized files for all of the zips. Think I'll probably skip that one this time.
Me too. Also the Bone and Fantasy Scale Iray Shaders are in the Product Updates section as well and will not install.
The Bone and Fantasy Scale will install but only three from four. File 1 from 4 will not installed. It show 0 Bytes
Daz has been trying to fix problems that cause Daz Connect to install duplicated files for these products. It seems that whenever Jen updated a product and changed the file path where the files were stored, Das Connect installed the files to both the old and new paths. In the case of Winter Fantasy, she changed file paths twice, so Daz Connect installed 3 versions of each file. It sounds like the attempt to fix things for Daz Connect caused problems for DIM. I think some people have submitted help requests about this. Or course you can submit one, too, to be sure your issue is reported and that you get notified by customer service when it is fixed.
I just tried the Winter Fantasy update after refreshing DIM, and it installed...
Yes recent Winter Fantasy DIM package installed without problem.(package size have changed)
