I think your answer is possibly  the Games developer licenses   You will need the Daz 3d one for their Daz Original products,  and then one for each of the PAs (vendors) whose products you also use, which are not Daz Originals.

  • this in case i will use the products in game.but for the trailer? what can actually do a buyer with that model which he purchasing?

You can make 2d images, videos and animations.

  • so actually we pay for nothing...i am not talking about daz originals, its about those other products.

Before making a trailer you should probably make sure that there is a Game Developer License for the content you use and that your budget will run to the needed licenses, at least for the items that you might want to use in-game (assuming the game is using 3D content rather than 2D sprites and backgrounds).

The only way you can use a vendors products is if they offer a developer license. There are only about a dozen or so PA's that offer it. Game Developer license

  • a trailer is a trailer,not a game.its a presentation,a video...so why i should need game developer license?

You wouldn't need the license for a video trailer - but you might want to consider the potential cost of licenses for use in the game when deciding which items to use in the trailer that is intended to promote the game (though making a trailer before you've done any work on the game does seem to be putting the cart a couple of blocks ahead of the horse).

Why use Daz assets for a trailer if you don't intend to use the same character design in your game? So your question really stays the same: "if I use the assets as part of actual game play, will I need the extended game license?" The answer to that is yes. The game license is far more costly than the price of the asset for use in 2D imagry, so you should base your decision whether or not you're going to use in it the game, based on your budget and other factors. If you can't afford the game license, pick other less expensive 3D assets to license. There are plenty out there.

  • its just a movie, the assets for game (if i will make it.i need this trailer as presentation for funding) i will make with my colegs.because we dont have time to create so many assets in a short time we want to use purchased items.the movie will present the subject of the game and not the assets

  • and if will be necessary i will buy game developer license ofcours.but until there its a long way

    rule of thumb I use

2D - your good to go

3D - games, physical items like statues - need a special licence

Resell the model as a 3D resource - Not Allowed

    as I understand it.

subject to someone official to correct me..lol

    I am far from perfect

    PEACE

Personal opinion, I would not fund a game based off of just a pretty video.  I would need to see at least a rough alpha to be able to determine if you/your team even have the skills to make a game.

The OP was forthrightly asking a legitimate question in order to do the right thing and not get into trouble. We should not respond by trying to discourage him.
