RESOLVED: How to Install when 'store --> install' fails?

I've tried unsuccessfully to load the M4 base and the H4 base. As I was told poser content goes into the Content Library, that's where I expect to see them.

No problem. There is no icon to load them anywhere so I go to the Smart Content store tab and locate the items. I click 'install' in the Store Tab thinking that will install the items.

Instead of something saying they were installed, for each item I get a very quick message indicating 'metadata update succesfull'. So .. how do I load these items into a scene. They are not in the content library that I can find. I've checked Content Library -> Poser Formats -> Daz Connect -> Figures .. nothing for either of the characters.

Am I missing something? Dumb question. I probably am. If someone could point this lost soul in the right direction, I would be quite grateful.

    You may be trying to laod the mats instead of the prop/figure.

    Actually, I found the answer by a soul who jumped into another thread of mine. I thought this was a different issue but come to find out, it is the same issue.

    I was trying to load M4 and H4. The comment was that these items cannot be installed through Daz Studio. The DIM must be employed. I installed the DIM, pointed it at a new Runtime, let Daz Studio know where the runtime was at and BINGO .. there's my handsome M4.

    Problem solved. :D
