Hello, I am studying Carrara 8 Bullet Physics. I am South-Korean and do not know english very well,
So, very hard(difficult). Please down the look sphere flying a little arc very naturally.
What applied that sphere force do?
Directional Force?
Or Key frame?
I guess, it is not a Key frame. Thanks.

The Gravity setting is what will make the sphere start to fall (creating the end of the arc)
The Velocity direction and amount will make the start of the arc.
Basically, if you have the ball start out going up, with a realistic gravity setting, it will eventually come back down.
Hope this helps.
Thank you. It would be helpful to me.
3dage made a great tutorial download, but it seems to be missing.
and Cripeman made a nice video: Intro to Physics in Carrara
Let us know how you do. :coolhmm:
Your English is pretty good :)
HI :)
Physics objects can have an "Initial velocity" for X. Y, Z
(see pic)
like a gun shot,. there's an initial force, ...then ...no force.
or you can use a Direction force,... (this force (Value) can be animated) so,. you have a strong force to push the sphere,.. then key-frame the value to 0 (no force) ... then the scene gravity will bring it down.

Thanks 3DAGE very much. And everybody thanks.
Great stuff guys!
I am not sure why but the cripeman “Intro to Physics in Carrara” dropbox link above seems to be broken. I found Cripeman's "Intro to Physics in Carrara" video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teuFVA_t1SU

Awesome guide 3DAGE!
Do you have the Carrara file that contains the model of the flag so that we can play around with the it and the Bullet Physics?
Thanks,
Marcus
Thank you. I often download Carrara tutorials Video on YouTube.

MarcusSorry, I must have pasted the wrong link. :shut:
