Need Rendernode help...again

I have 3 computers I'm trying to use for network rendering. 2 are 64-bit Windows 7 machines with 8-core processors (one of these is the main), 1 is 32-bit WinXP with a quad-core. I have all 3 computers hooked through a network switch and both Rendernodes are visible and shown as "Available" under Render Node Management. "Enable Network Rendering" is checked...but they never do anything. Everything I've tried to render so far only uses the 8 cores on my main.

Any idea what's wrong?

    Hello Kodiak,

usually in Render Mode you click the Batch Queue Tab on the left side (just left to the checkered field).
Here you Add the scene you like to render and start with Launch.
Then the file will be loaded and processed and sent to your Render Nodes.
But don't forget to check the Enable Network Rendering.

    I hope this helps.

    Eddy.

I appreciate the advice, but I'm aware of all that already. I loaded the scene properly in the batch queue and rendered it, but the other nodes never kicked in. I should have mentioned it in my first post.

    Were the nodes launched first?

Yes, they were. I read that one somewhere on the forums so I made sure to do so.

That's what usually bites me in the arse, so I figured it was worth asking.

As always, the attempt to help is appreciated. It's just really confusing me as to what's wrong. It's probably something really simple I'm missing.
