rendering and troubles

ok I have 2 questions, first off how do I get Iray to render using the cartoon shading option that appears on the camera view mode

and secondly and more importantly how do I solve an issue where in the mouse cursor dissappears while in the daz3d window, for some reason I can click on tabs and such but I can not see the cursor anywhere on the window and yet it appears while off of the window

AFAIK the cartoon rendering is a 3Delight thing, you can't use it in the Iray renderer. And the vanishing cursor seems to be a random thing that hits random people at random intervals; I used to get it frequently way back when D|S4.0 first came out, but it hasn't bitten me for a couple of years now. Have you checked your graphics driver, to make sure you're using an up-to-date version?

Thank you, I'll check my drivers to make sure. Now I shall go back to arguing with the daz dragon 3 model over it's geografting
