Canvas Renders Causing VRAM Shortage
The past few days I have noticed a bit of a trend. I can render over and over with no problem, unless I am using the canvases feature. When I am using canvases, I can render 2, maybe 3 times, then it will always kick back to CPU rendering until I close studio and reopen it. Rather annoying when the scene takes 5 minutes to save, and another 5 minutes to open(scene size is 2 gigs on disk). Anyone else notice the same thing? I am not keeping old renders open. Not really sure why it's so huge, it's only two dressed girls with hair and 3 rather simple scene props lol.
Oh, I am running a gtx 1070 for reference. The temps on my GPU never go above 65, CPU never goes above 75, so I don't think it's the hardware.

Sounds like it's time for a bug report on this.......if it's only happening with multiple (non-beauty) canvases, that leads me to believe it's a bug in the code (either DS or Iray, but somewhere in there.)
I haven't been able to reproduce it yet, other than on that one scene I am working on, so going to try and rebuild the scene when I have the time. I can't share the scene, something has to be messed up though, if I can render 5 genesis 3 figures, two of them dressed and a few simple scene props should be a walk in the park. Maybe my scene got corrupted at some point.
