Partial (re)render

After many hours of rendering an 4K image. It happens that I find a detail that if just ... it could make the image so much better.

Is it somehow possible to rerender just a section of the image so I can edit it into the complete render?

    Yes, with Daz Studio you need to use the Spot Render tool (Tools> Spot Render, or use Alt-Shift-C).  However, by default that will just render the selected area in the viewport.  Go to Window> Panes (tbs)> Tool Settings and selec the 'New Window' option.  This will render the selected are to a new windiow which wil sue the same dimensions as set in the Render settings.  Save that as .png and overlay the original with that is your graphics package.

    I knew I've seen a partial render option somewhere. And with the Tool Settings it does excactly what i needed.
