Fit Genesis 3 clothes to Victoria 4 and Michael 4

Hi.

I still using V4 and M4 and i render them fine with Iray, but all the new clothes provided by DAZ are for Genesis 3 Female and Male. Is there any posibility to fit their clothes on Generation 4?

Not that I know - you might be able to convert them to Genesis via AutoFit, using

    https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-female-clone-for-genesis
    https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-male-clone-for-genesis

and then, I think, export and use Cross Dresser to convert to the fourth generation figure.

  • I tried to pose the clothes, and adjuts their size to fit V4, and use mesh smothing, But this is a very limited posibility.

No, there's no direct method to fit clothes from any figure to V4 in DS.

  • I'd love to fit Vintage Rose and Edwardian Accessories for G2F/G3F to V4 myself (particularly the long-glove figure, which is literally the only such figure I've ever found in Poser or Daz clothing that has a proper mousquetaire button closure), but the best I've been able to do to date is to adapt the hat, jewelry and parasol by loading them first onto G2F, then saving those items as separate .duf figures and then loading them onto V4 and tweaking them to fit. I have had better success with Edwardian Hair for G2F, which I tweaked the same way.  Now that Richard has brought up Genesis 3 Autofit for Genesis, I'll have to try that and see if I can re-adapt via Crossdresser (which also reminds me, I need to re-install XD on my new PC).

  • Ok Joe! Try the mothod with Genesis3 autofit to genesisi and croos dresser,

and tell me that is working.

  • I'll do my best if someone else with those two programs doesn't beat me to it - I do have several other projects ongoing (I should have said "when I have the chance to" cheeky).
