So I had over 50 items in my Wishlist. Today I came to the site to get a cloud error and the site unavailable. Returned in the evening and the site is back, but my Wishlist is now empty! Please tell me the last few weeks are not wasted in finding items to purchase eventually!!!!

Send in a support ticket. Many people have had this happen and I know several who came back to post that it had been reinstated.

Thanks Novica, I did exactly that when I posted this, so keeping my fingers crossed! That you have a) heard of it happening before and b) heard some had it restored, gives me hope!

    Thanks for the reply!

Happened to me last year. Be aware that you should get back a wishlist with about the right number of items, but some might be stuff you moved to the cart and bought weeks or months ago — I got an old version of my wishlist.

Thanks Kitty, still waiting to hear back from them.

I've only bought a few things in the past weekend, so hoping even if those appear, it will be easy enough to clear out. All depends how far back they have to go to restore it I guess....

Anybody know how long it usually takes for somebody to get back on a submitted ticket? Been a full business week and no word...not even a "thanks, we're looking into it" response...

The same thing happened to me yesterday. To make matters worse, I started to add things back into my empty wishlist, and after the 20th or so item, it cleared itself again and only showed the last item I added. I give up. While DAZ has made some great improvements to the site (showing purchased items now), other parts are completely falling apart.

Based on the complaints in the support ticket thread stickied at the top about responses not coming for weeks, I don't see much point in submitting one. They appear to be overwhelmed with problems. As far as I am concerned, those potential sales from my wishlist are now lost to DAZ and the PAs involved unless the products happen to show up in front of me again during a sale and I decide that I really do want them. This is just a hobby for me. I don't NEED any of this stuff.

its only happened to me once. i think it was a conspiracy cause when I went to add stuff back on I ended up trippling my wish list and its grown more since then.

Looks like my wishlist has gone empty very recently (last 24h or so) too. Maybe they're making changes again that's affecting a bunch of people.

Can't be bothered, though, my list was very short anyway and I can use my money elsewhere too.

You know, for a company that bought a service contract for their web store software, DAZ sure is having problems.

Yes, at times it's looking like the person assigned to slip a pizza under the computer room door every day to the Magento engineers locked inside, might have gone on holiday for a couple of weeks...

Seriously, though, this is getting a bit ridiculous. When was the last time we heard of this Magento service contract? Have we ever heard of Magento being called in to work on the store software they installed?

I don't even dare look. Yesterday I added 2 items. It said it added them, didn't wipe the list out, but the 2 new ones weren't there.

I wouldn't mind so much but before the switchover, knowing the notification of prior purchase was going bye-bye, I made a sticky note of Ken's bird sets I don't have. When the store was usable again I put them in the wishlist. I hope they're still there.

The sticky note is long gone, and I can figure it out again but it's just another in a humungous string of things that take 10 minutes here, an hour there, a few days here, that have eaten into our creating time over the past 10 months. I'm realy really really getting tired of it.

Thanks to God! My 24 items from the wish list are intact!

So it only took the end of the week (4 days) to get a response...which was nothing more than a "we're looking into it" reply, but that's something. Troubling thing is they have actually CLOSED the ticket, so not sure what to do at this point...will wait it out for another week, but as others have mentioned, it's getting to be frustrating....

Maybe they were swamped with requests a month ago? Open another ticket. I had nagging wishlist problems (e.g., some items disappeared but were visible in RSS view), opened a ticket last week, and it was fixed the same day.

Great. Now I'm in this boat too. Added the new http://www.daz3d.com/cyber-heart to my wishlist, and BAM - everything else is gone.

Filed a ticket. We'll see what happens.

    So apparently it's a lost cause :(
