Centaur 7 poses for M7 & V7 reclining poses issue - Resolved

I've tried all the reclining poses in this set,  sku 39343, and find them way off. Images attached. The limbs of the centaur portion of the pose are completely wrong, compared to the thumb image.

To check my install, I tried a reclining pose for the Capsces centaur set, 39061, and, as the image shows, it loads perfectly.

Anyone else finding this issue?

 

Update: Tech Support fixed the problem and the corrected file is available for download.

It may be that you need to allow the pose to go beyond limits - what option do you have set in Edit>Prefrences>Content tab for "When importing a Pose/Shaping file that exceeds limits:"?

Thanks, Richard, I tried the poses with and without figure limits on, and the result is the same. That is, the poses load with figure limits on, and I went to the edit tab and turned limits off for Centaur and ran all the poses again. That should give the same result as editing/preferences, yes?

Given that the Capsces reclining pose works just fine, I decided to submit a support ticket. I was wondering if any other purchasers were not having this problem, to help me diagnose, but got no hits.
