It will be really great if DAZ can make all DAZ Store content available with multiple LODS with game license as a part of deal. It will open up many out of box possibilities for real time, VR and game development applications.

Have you looked over at https://www.morph3d.com/
Actually I am thinking of similar but Morph3D seems to focused on mostly characters at the moment. DAZ3D.COM has way more content.
And if the game license was part of the price, it would be much more, at least 3-6 times more per item. The reason DAZ assets don't have LODS is because they are not needed in Daz Studio and are not designed or meant specifically for games. Also many games have different ways of incorporating LODs, so that would be something better left to the modeler for that specific game engine.
Thanks and I agree but this is the reason I had to buy Game Assets from other stores which I do not like since I prefer to use DAZ's Models and products. At least 3 levels of LODS will work for most indie games and non-artists will be fine with it. I think Morph3D is on right track but it will take them some time to catch up with DAZ Store. I think more people will buy licensed products from DAZ if they open up this option and I think price should be kept same.
Or I think will wait for Morph3D since they are also part of DAZ.
There are some cool non character environment models on Morph3D which is pretty cool but I cannot use my Platinum membership to get discount there. May be DAZ can link these stores together sometime?

The biggest difference between the assets on Morph3D and DAZ3D is that the former are optimized for Unity and other 3D game engines by including the extra levels of detail (actually lower, since the highest resolution Morph3D figure LOD is the lowest resolution G3).
Thanks, I am going to try them soon with multiple LODs!!! Do we need a game developer license for Morph3D characters? I think separate game developer license was also a deal breaker for some but looks like that Morph3D has solved this issue.
