Install Manager does not work. Cannot verify account.

According to the new Daz 3D Install Manager, I have to accept a EULA before I can use it. Unfortunately, this is impossible, since the "Go To Account" button does absolutely nothing, except change its text to "Verify My Account". if it's meant to open a dialog, it's failing badly.
It may have something to do with other errors in the installer. Specifically, the README won't open either, and reports "Class not registered" instead. I'm running the PC version on Windows 8 Pro, 64-bit.

It's meant to open your browser to the EULA page http://www.daz3d.com/eula so that you can click accept, for which you will need to be logged in to the site. Then you click Validate to confirm that that has been done and the DIM will get your file list.
Thank you. That fixed the problem.
Any idea why the manager isn't opening that page, and why there is no link to the EULA not on my "My Account" page, as indicated by your software? The former may be a security issue, though I tried disabling Kaspersky just in case. It had no impact.
It doesn't really matter to me, since I haven't done any 3D modeling in years, and the installer only shows recent purchases. I see a half-dozen newer models and Daz Studio, but the majority of my purchases aren't listed.
This button also does not do anything on my Windows 8 computer. Tnx for the link though as that fixed my issue.
How much of the stuff you've bought was recent? How much was years ago? Remember, the brand new Installation Manager is very new. So new not all the stuff in the DAZ store has been converted for it.
The last we heard (a few weeks ago) everything newer than V4 should have been converted and ready to download. How much progress DAZ has made in the meantime is a mystery — we haven't been told anything, except "we're working on it".

Well, from looking at the pace at which new products are appearing, they're making quite a lot of progress. Every few days I'm seeing a couple of dozen new items. I still have about 2 dozen items with SKU's above 5000 that haven't appeared yet, and about 10 times that many with SKU's below 5000.
