hi can anyone help i bought some hair off renderosity and im have trouble installing it to my daz 3d

The zipt may contain too many folders - the folder that holds the Data and Runtiem folders is the one you want, everything from that should be merged into your actual content directory (e.g. My Daz 3d Library). Content installed in this way will not be shown in the Smart Content pane (unless you categorise it) but should appear in Daz Studio Formats>My Daz 3D Library or Poser Formats>My Daz 3d Library in the Content Library pane.
