Any way to make canvases default?

I prefer to always work with canvases when I render, but sometimes I forget to set them up. Is there a way to make canvases default to on, with a beauty pass activated? Even better would be to have a depth pass also automated, but I'll take anything!

Try saving a scene and then set that to load on File>New in the Scene tab of Edit>Preferences (Daz Studio>Preferences on a Mac)
