Difficulties importing archviz

Hi there,

I have a few projects in Unreal Engine that I want to export to Daz so I can take excellent iRay rendered pictures, but I'm having difficulties with the materials doing this.

First of all, if I choose to export everything as obj in UE, Daz will use everything as a single object instead of many and textures will get lost, so I can only reapply one for the whole (in this case) building, including doors, walls, glass and furniture.
If I choose to export everything as fbx, "everything" will be imported by Daz separately except walls, which will be a single wall, so I cannot apply two textures to two different sides of the wall, in addition to get everthing 90º rotated and have to relocate everything since after rotating to set it properly, door frames won't be in the same location of the wall, for instance.

Have any of you solved this by doing something I have not? Any ideas?
