[Solved] DAZ 3D install manager problem? (Solved)

Hi all,

I just installed DAZ 3D v1.0.0.112. I was asked to input forum account.
It gives me a message :
Unable to login to specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again.
I try many many times. No success.
I verify the same email and password to login into this forum. No problem.
(That's why I can post now)

So, what's going on?

    What problem are you having with the install manager?

    Are you unable to log in to your account? I see you only joined today, and the DIM does not download the DAZ Studio application or plugins yet, only content that you have bought. Do you have anything in your Itemised Order History apart form DAZ Studio and Plugins?

    This is my first time using Daz so I download the manager and tryed to login but it says unable to login

    It may be because you are a new member. Have you installed DAZ Studio yet? The DAZ Install Manager is only useful for downloading content that you have bought at the DAZ Store.

    You will have to download the DS4.5 application manually anyway, are you able to download it?

    I would give it a day or two to see if you can log in through the DIM, and then drop a line to Support using the Help > Contatc Us at the top of the forum
