*sigh*
So the gremlins got me again.
I've got no PC benefits even though I have a subscription for a year.
My monthly subscription wouldn't have expired til the 16th, but I just got a yearly.


I opened a ticket but I guess that will be days before they fix it.

BTW I opened a ticket less than two days ago for a refund on a different order and that's still in limbo.

In that amount of time 273 tickets have been opened. Lots of waiting to be done I guess.

In the 15minutes it took for me to open 2 tickets today 5 tickets were opened.

    If it's more than another day, please feel free to PM one of the moderators with your ticket number and we'll see what we can do to bring it to the attention of those who can help. Right now things are a bit slow though I'm afraid. At least one person is out due to personal emergencies.

    Ah, thats rough. Sorry to hear that.

    But I'll be sad too if I can't buy stuff over the weekend. I do most of my work over the weekend and thats when I realize I need to buy something. But it is what it is.

    I keep instinctively clicking the PC forums link. Hard habit to break.

    Same thing happened to me. I just bought the yearly membership too. I canceled my monthly, which was maybe not the smartest thing. Now I can't get in to the PC, which is too bad with the great sales this weekend. I put in a support ticket last night. We'll see what happens.

    I thought it would be wise to cancel the monthly too because the subscriptions page made it seem like I had to current memberships, and the monthly was going to rebill in a few days.

    Hopefully a sneak peak thread doesn't pop up while we are out of the cool kids club. I doubt anything new and big is coming out this month from Daz though. Prolly nothing until after MM.

    I hope so, too. Since we already had Freak 5 recently, we should be okay for the next few days.

    Quiet, they'll hear you! Say nothing and nothing will happen, but if you mention that something won't come out, then it almost certainly will. The universe is a horrible, nasty place, with a mean spirited sense of humor. :-)

    Its working for me too. Happy camper. Though I haven't received a response via the support system yet. LOL

    Me either, but I'm not complaining. If I had to take one over the other, I'd much rather have the PC membership. :)
