in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I recently noticed that some of the characters in my collection are missing. Namely Victoria 4.2, Aiko 4, Girl 4 and Hiro 4.

The DAZ Studio being used is 4.9 (latest version/updates). Are the mentioned characters no longer compatible with 4.9?

    They work fine in DS 4.9. When you say missing, are you referring to Smart Content or the Product Library tab?

    Both. They're nowhere to be found.
