There is a way to model with Genesis 3 (Victoria 7) bingowings?

Bingowings is the fat under the arm that is visible with fat and old people.

Maybe https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-3-female-body-morph-resource-kit-2 with 5 Arms Shaping Morphs can works? Someone with that package can try?
