Use Deviant Art or the like, so that its flags act as a filter - I can't offer any guess as to when we will get flags for the forum itself.
The truth is: DeviantArt is a fantastic site to upload images to... I'd encourage you to simply use that. You don't have to make a thumbnail or do any fancy stuff to it, you can just upload your raw PNG or non-compressed JPG, type some stuff, check a couple of boxes and DONE...
DA is easy, All my old DS posted renders and a few new are on it. Links to your art are allowed.
oh well, anyhows, temples are drafty.
Nudity flag or not, I'd never upload an image to DAZ. I only post to my dA gallery. I'd like to see them support off-site in-line image links again, like the old forums supported, so we can have a thumbnail from dA show up here that is a clickable link back to the real image at dA.
the old daz gallery had a thingee to add link thingees used in the image to store thingees, so if you saw something you liked, it was click, bling.
it's nice we can drop quality pngs here these days.
it's kinda ironic
daz made naked vickies in a temple iconic
but you won't find em at their homesite ... -onic :)
No ........... Users made NVIATWAS inconic. Before DAZ 3D released Victoria it used to be NPIATWAS P standing for Posette.
Do we really need a nudity tag though? I don't mind nudity, but I do see it being unnecessarily used a lot. Besides titillation, there are only few things you can convey with nudity that you can't do with a fully clothed individual.
I would attribute that more to the likes of great artists like Boris that pre-date the entire 3D era. People putting naked Vickies in a temple are just copying what he did so much better with traditional means decades before.
i don't remember Posette in temples. in my memory Temple Trollops is synonymous with daz and Vicki, lol
Even before Boris, there was the fantasy art with Tarzan and jungle queens. loin cloths and butt flaps, jungle torn dresses worn to shreds.
culminating in George of the Jungle, lol.
i received this for christmas one year - http://www.amazon.com/Mens-Adventure-Magazines-Allan-Collins/dp/3822825174 it was an education :)
there must be some vintage Conan art somewhere. actually, was both from Edgar Rice?
Himself bought me a calender done by our local rugby club for Christmas one year. Some rugby players are quite hunky

Almost everything was done much better with traditional means decades (or centurys) before. With perhaps the exception of architecture during the 1960's
Cheers ;-P hunky rugby players
can i find me one in time for Valentine's day?
This guy is the Welsh rugby Pinup boy, ans sometimes he even managaes to play some rugby as wells as posing for photo's

Greetings,
Yes, we need a nudity tag. One huge reason is that there are many tutorial and question posts which are harder to do without posting a figure that is fundamentally nude. For another, there are many people who disagree with the opinion you've expressed, and find that artistic nudes and pin-ups are an illustrative form of their own. It would be good to have the ability to share that, without having folks who disagree being forced to run into it.
I do post on DA, and while my work is novice at best, some of it does involve nudity. The problems of nudity tags are orthogonal to the problem of a lack of galleries at DAZ. If I was able to have a remote image embed, I'd still have the problem of being unable to mark my post as potentially NSFW, so that folks would be able to not load those images if they are someplace where that sort of thing would be inappropriate. (At work, browsing the forums on lunchbreak, sitting at home with a laptop where kids might hop onto the couch next to you, etc...)
(That suggests it'd be nice to have the nudity tag toggle-able on a per-session basis.)
Anyhow, I'm suitably impressed by DA (and even recently paid for a year membership) but it's not a replacement for having appropriate content tags on the DAZ forums.

As far as the art, most of the iconic Conan style was developed by Frank Frazetta in the 60s for a bunch of Conan reprints, I believe some were featured in series of artbooks a few years back, and prints and posters that you can order. A lot of weird stuff has been happening with his estate after his death, so I'm not sure the current status on a lot of that stuff. If you mean really vintage, that would be some of the original Weird Tales covers where the stories first appeared. Most of those covers were by Margaret Brundage, and her stuff would not be exactly what you would expect for Conan, but I like it.
Conan was created by Robert E. Howard, and his stuff is by far the best, many have tried to do Conan after, but the original is the best. The originals were short stories or novella length, so all the "books" will be collections. But read People of the Black Circle, it will blow your mind.

I also have Red Nails in Audio:

It's my understanding that if you don't have any naked Vikkies in your temple (or Mike's either), no one will will be able to see your sorcery globes anyway. If you know what I mean.
And let's not even get started on any Swords Fantastic or Rapiers of Legend you might have lying around. ;)
If the Swords Fantastic are just lying around, I'm not interested. :D
And I politely disagree with HeraldOfFire. Clothing is frequently much more titillating than nudity, or a lot of us would be broke. I think the tags would be a good idea for the reasons cited by Cypherfox (NSFW at work, kids, vastly different opinions about whether nudity is artistic or inherently sexual or whether those are interchangeable, etc.).
