Distinctive HD Faces/Bodies G3F Not Working?

I don't know why but this product (by Lyoness) isn't doing anything when I click on the faces.. I even uped G3F's SubD Level to 2... is there something else I'm supposed to do? Unfortunately it doesn't seem like you can dial these in, either, because I don't see them listed in the figure's Shaping.

    If they don't appear in Shaping/Parameters theh something is wrong with the installation - theya re custom shapes by the product page so they should have their own sliders. How did you install?

    I realized I had to close out DAZ in its entirety to get them to show. I did NOT have Genesis open, but I needed to close out the program; they ended up showing up perfectly when I opened it again!

    just found this, actually, you don't need to close Daz Studio completely. You need to reload a new Genesis 3 Female figure into the scene. 

    Daz Studio loads all the morphs of the figure when it opens it up and doesn't refresh those morphs while open.
