Dragon hatching no work

I just bought the dragon hatching but for some reason he is not showing up in DAZ program the folder is there nothing shows up for me to click on. The items are there thou. I really want to play with the little guy. Is there anyway I can fix this.

    Where are you looking for it, and what version of DAZ Studio are you using.

    It is a fairly old item, and is almost certainly in Poser Format. That means that it probably wont have Metadata, and will not appear in the Smart Content pane. You will need to look in the Content Library, under Poser Formats > My Library > Figures to find it. I don;t have this item, but it should be in the Figures folder.
