WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO TURN A SURFACE COLOR BLACK IN BRYCE?

    Set Diffuse color to black.

    Go into the mat editor and change it to black

    The Mat (Materials) Lab is accessed by clicking on the 'M' icon to the right of the selected object, if you didn't know that dash.
